ESSENTIAL VISIT
- One problem, one clinician, one unhurried slot
- Medicine list checked with you
- Written plan in plain language
- Advice on whether a test would change anything
A plan covers the conversation, the examination that belongs with it, and a written summary. Laboratory tests, imaging, dental procedures, and supplies are quoted separately before they are arranged. Nothing on this page is a surprise invoice for a test you did not discuss. If a clinician believes an extra step matters, you hear the reason, the likely fee, and what happens if you wait.
Blood draws, biopsies, dental treatment, orthotics, and imaging reads have their own fees because they have their own costs. You will see those numbers before you agree. Declining a test does not sour the rest of the visit. We document the choice and the reason so the next clinician understands it.
Plans are quotes for clinical time, not insurance contracts. If you carry a health plan of your own, bring the details you want us to see and we will say, before the visit deepens, whether the published fee is the one you should expect. We would rather pause for a money conversation than hide it under a clinical one.
Missed visits without notice may be charged a portion of the essential fee, because that hour cannot be given back to someone on the waiting list. If you are unwell or delayed, send a message through the contact page as early as you can and we will treat that as notice.
